Missed appointments are one of the key factors which contribute to the strain on time and resources within Primary Care, and lead to longer waiting times. Without DNAs, patients would be able to be seen sooner! A total of 58.75 hours were wasted at the surgery during May due to patients not attending appointments. Please contact us to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend.
