Complaints

We value the thoughts and feelings of all of our patients so please feel free to make any suggestions to improve our service. We always welcome genuine suggestions for improving the running of the Practice and therefore operate a system which allows our patients to pass on any comments or suggestions.

If you are unhappy with any of the existing services, please do not hesitate to inform us. Our Practice Manager, will be happy to deal with them.

We shall also be happy to hear from you when you are happy and satisfied with our services. It feels nice to be appreciated! There is a box in the waiting area for this purpose.
